The Opportunity
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our PIM system, enhancing its functionality and performance.
- Develop, test, and deploy new features and improvements to the Stibo STEP platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the system’s reliability and scalability to support growing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Java and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong understanding of Stibo STEP and its architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
