Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona seeks a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team in Lakeside, Navajo County. This full-time position offers an immediate opportunity to contribute to our mission while delivering exceptional service to customers and donors.

About This Position

As a Donation Attendant, you'll be a vital member of our Lakeside store team, directly supporting our nonprofit mission of providing job training and community services across Central and Northern Arizona. In this full-time role, you'll welcome donors, process contributions with professionalism, and help maintain the customer-focused environment that makes Goodwill's retail experience unique. Working at our 20 E White Mountain Blvd location, you'll experience the impact of your work every day.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive donations from customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive donor experience
• Sort, organize, and properly place donated items throughout the store according to established procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized donation area and assist with inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales floor operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Contribute to a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our brand values
