About the Role
As Community Manager for our Utah (Evergreen) community, you'll serve as the bridge between residents and leadership, creating an inclusive environment where people feel welcomed and connected. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on community culture and member satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Organize and facilitate community events, gatherings, and activities that strengthen resident relationships
- Respond to community questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain communication channels—both digital and in-person—to keep residents informed and engaged
- Build and nurture relationships with community members and local partners
- Gather member insights and communicate needs to leadership to support continuous improvement
- Create welcoming spaces and experiences that reflect community values
- Support community initiatives and volunteer opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse groups
- Proven ability to organize events and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in community engagement, customer service, or related roles
- Genuine passion for building community and supporting others

- Self-motivated and reliable, with strong attention to detail
