About the Role
As a Senior Analyst – Investor Services at Mgpru in Mumbai, you'll take a key position supporting our investor base through comprehensive analytical and administrative expertise. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review investor statements, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze investor portfolios and transactions, identifying trends and opportunities for enhanced service delivery
- Respond to investor inquiries and requests with timely, accurate information and resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and portfolio management to address client needs
- Monitor fund performance data and reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity
- Develop and maintain detailed records and documentation supporting investor relationships and transactions
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and investor experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–5+ years of experience in investor services, financial services operations, or a closely related field
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for investor interaction
- Knowledge of fund administration, securities settlement, or investment operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing asset management and investor services
