Procurement Manager (fixed term)

Join Mgpru in London as a Procurement Manager on a fixed-term, full-time basis. We're seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive our sourcing strategy, manage key supplier relationships, and deliver cost-effective procurement solutions across our organisation.

Position Summary

This is a fixed-term procurement management role based in London, offering the opportunity to take ownership of procurement operations and strategic initiatives. You'll work at the heart of our supply chain, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure we secure quality goods and services at competitive costs whilst maintaining strong supplier partnerships and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across key categories
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximise value and manage risk
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring service level agreements are met
• Analyse spend data and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and organisational standards
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management on procurement performance
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and departmental heads on procurement needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement management or senior sourcing role
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and supply chain principles
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation and relationship management
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant qualification such as CIPS, or equivalent professional experience
