Position Summary

As a Part Time Merchandise Manager at Michaels, you'll play a key role in maintaining an engaging, well-organized shopping environment. This position focuses on visual merchandising, inventory presentation, and supporting store operations to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while browsing our extensive selection of art supplies, crafts, home décor, and seasonal merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain visual merchandising displays across the store to highlight featured products and seasonal collections
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is fresh
• Create attractive product layouts that encourage customer browsing and purchasing
• Support team members with restocking and price maintenance throughout the store
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on product locations and availability

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience, or demonstrated ability to learn store operations quickly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, attractive displays
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Willingness to collaborate with a team and support store goals
• Basic math skills for inventory and stock management
