Position Summary

As a Service Team Member working the 12a–8a overnight shift, you'll be instrumental in keeping our store running smoothly during critical night hours. You'll handle a variety of operational tasks, maintain store appearance and organization, and ensure that we're fully prepared for the day team's arrival. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive during evening and early-morning hours and take pride in their work quality.

Core Duties

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory according to company standards
• Perform general store cleaning, restocking shelves, and maintaining organized displays throughout the sales floor
• Process merchandise and manage backroom operations
• Handle cash register transactions and maintain accuracy with point-of-sale systems
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide support during store hours
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
• Communicate effectively with management and coordinate with the incoming day shift

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight shifts (12 midnight to 8 a.m.) consistently and reliably
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
• Comfortable with physical demands: standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving merchandise
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
