Role Overview

As a Manager within our Capital Projects & Infrastructure Advisory practice, you will drive digital-led transformation programmes for complex capital projects. You'll combine strategic consulting expertise with hands-on project leadership, ensuring clients maximise value through technology adoption and operational excellence. Working from our Kolkata office, you'll shape how India's infrastructure evolves by embedding digital-first thinking into every phase of project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams delivering digital transformation strategies for capital and infrastructure projects
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps that integrate technology, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
• Assess client capabilities, identify digitisation opportunities, and recommend targeted intervention strategies
• Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards whilst managing stakeholder expectations
• Build business cases and present findings to senior decision-makers and clients
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices within project environments

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects or infrastructure programmes
• Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation initiatives, technology implementation, or process modernisation
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to influence across organisational levels
• Understanding of infrastructure, engineering, or construction sectors is advantageous
