What This Role Involves

As a Secure Data Pipeline Data Engineer, you'll architect and implement data pipelines that prioritize security, reliability, and performance. You'll work with modern data technologies and cloud platforms to ensure data flows safely and efficiently across our systems, creating infrastructure that protects sensitive information while enabling seamless data access for business teams. This is a full-time position where you'll contribute to building the data systems our organization depends on every day.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure data pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring to ensure pipeline reliability and integrity
• Build and maintain data infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security, encryption, and compliance
• Collaborate with data teams, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize pipeline performance
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and maintainability
• Stay current with data engineering practices and emerging security standards in the industry

What You Bring

• Proven experience building or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes at scale
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or SQL
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms or data warehouse technologies
• Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance principles
• Experience with version control and collaborative software development practices
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly
