Position Summary
Continental is seeking a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist to provide technical guidance and field support for our retread tire solutions and services. In this role, you'll combine technical problem-solving with customer service excellence, working with commercial clients to optimize tire performance, extend asset life, and reduce operational costs. You'll be the technical expert our customers rely on—both remotely and in the field—to unlock the full value of Continental's retread and solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and field consultations to commercial customers on retread tire products and solutions
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to diagnose tire-related challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with customers on tire management strategies, performance optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on proper tire handling, storage, and maintenance
- Document findings, customer interactions, and technical recommendations to support quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Represent Continental professionally with customers and stakeholders, building long-term relationships based on trust and technical credibility
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical field support, customer service, or tire/automotive industry roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical challenges independently
- Excellent communication abilities—capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Comfortable working both remotely and travelling to customer sites as needed
- Familiarity with commercial tire products, retread solutions, or related automotive technologies is a strong asset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety
