Role Overview

As a Commercial Sales Associate with BestDrive, you'll be a key part of Continental's commercial sales team, managing customer relationships and helping businesses find the right tire and vehicle solutions for their fleets and operations. Working remotely, you'll support both new customer acquisition and retention through expert product guidance and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with commercial fleet operators, businesses, and service centers
• Develop and deliver product quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs and applications
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and excellent service
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Answer customer questions about product specifications, availability, and commercial applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support successful transactions
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with commercial customers
• Comfort with sales tools, CRM software, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in quote preparation and order management
• Genuine interest in the automotive, fleet, or commercial industry (or willingness to learn)
