About the Role
As a Commercial Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will travel across the greater Columbus, Ohio area to support TDG Facilities customers on-site. Working from your vehicle, you will respond to service needs at multiple commercial locations, handling everything from scheduled upkeep to unexpected repairs. This is a mobile, full-time position based in Mount Air, Franklin County — not a remote job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance across assigned commercial facilities.
- Complete general carpentry tasks and minor structural repairs.
- Carry out light electrical and plumbing fixes as needed.
- Handle painting, patching, and other general upkeep work.
- Manage basic HVAC tasks, including filter changes.
- Travel reliably between customer sites throughout the Columbus, Ohio region.
Qualifications
