BestDrive Service Lead

Continental seeks a dedicated BestDrive Service Lead to lead customer-focused operations and team excellence at our Tucson, Arizona location. This is a full-time position where you'll oversee daily service delivery, mentor skilled technicians, and create a service environment where customers and team members thrive.

Role Overview

As a Service Lead, you'll be the backbone of BestDrive operations—responsible for maintaining service quality, managing team dynamics, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Continental's commitment to automotive excellence. You'll work directly with our service team, handle customer concerns, and drive the operational standards that keep this location running smoothly and profitably.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the day-to-day work of service technicians and support staff
• Oversee scheduling, work assignments, and team coordination to meet customer demand
• Ensure all service work meets Continental's quality and safety standards
• Address customer concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to optimize operational efficiency
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a culture of professional growth
• Communicate with management on operations, staffing needs, and business metrics
