Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical nursing care to seniors in our residential community
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs per individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams on resident wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and care records
• Respond compassionately to residents' healthcare needs and concerns
• Support a safe, clean, and dignified living environment

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• Availability to work flexible shift schedules including days and nights
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Dedication to person-centered, compassionate healthcare
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties including standing and lifting
• Reliable transportation to Hartford, Minnehaha County
