Your Responsibilities
Depending on your background and the role you're interested in, responsibilities may include:
- Contributing to the design, implementation, or verification of our standards programs, including the Verified Carbon Standard, Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard, Climate Community & Biodiversity Standards, and Plastic Waste Reduction Program
- Supporting project assessment, audit, or evaluation activities in collaboration with our international partner network
- Advancing climate finance and sustainable development initiatives through research, strategy, or program delivery
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders including governments, project developers, and private-sector partners globally
Requirements
While qualifications vary by specific role, we typically seek:
- Expertise or demonstrated interest in carbon markets, climate action, sustainable development, or environmental assessment
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
