About the Role

Join our production team as a Machine Operator in Colorado Springs and play a key role in manufacturing precision security products. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established specifications and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
• Monitor equipment performance and alert supervisors to any irregularities or potential issues
• Maintain organized work areas and follow all facility safety protocols and procedures
• Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to maintain production quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting under supervisor guidance
• Document production data and material usage as required by manufacturing procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality in a structured manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Physical capability to lift and move materials as part of daily duties
• Previous manufacturing or equipment operation experience is a plus
