HR Associate

About This Position

This full-time HR Associate role offers hands-on experience across core human resources operations. You'll work alongside our HR team in our Bangalore office, gaining practical expertise in recruitment, employee relations, administration, and people development whilst making a direct impact on our workplace culture and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
• Coordinate employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires complete orientation, training, and required documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, fielding employee questions about compensation, leave, and entitlements
• Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Help organise employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Liaise with external partners on compliance, statutory requirements, and related HR matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Experience with HR systems or HRIS software is advantageous
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
