Role Overview

This is a full-time position offering early-career professionals an opportunity to develop core competencies in business development, from market research and client engagement to pipeline management and relationship cultivation. As a fresher in this role, you'll work alongside experienced business development professionals, gaining hands-on experience in identifying and pursuing growth avenues whilst supporting the broader commercial strategy of Playto Labs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends
• Participate in client prospecting activities, including outreach, cold calls, and follow-up communications
• Support senior business development team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Maintain and organise client information using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to build relationships and gather market intelligence
• Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies under mentorship

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
• A results-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for business development and relationship building
