GSI Partnership Lead

Jobgether is seeking a full-time GSI Partnership Lead to establish and lead a global partner ecosystem from India on a remote basis. You will take ownership of creating a thriving network of solutions-focused partners—systems integrators, consulting firms, and implementation agencies—from the ground up. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to attract and retain global solutions-focused partners
• Source, recruit, and onboard high-impact systems integrators, agencies, and consultants aligned with business objectives
• Design scalable operational processes, partner enablement programmes, and commercial structures
• Build joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-driven sales channels to expand enterprise customer reach
• Establish clear partnership frameworks covering governance, incentives, and performance metrics
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing commercial relationships with key partners
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless programme execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership development, channel strategy, or ecosystem building
• Demonstrated success scaling partnership programmes from inception to operational maturity
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to structure mutually beneficial agreements
• Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Understanding of systems integration, consulting services delivery, or B2B technology partnerships
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical programme management and execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
