Jobgether is seeking a GSI Partnership Lead to establish and grow a global solutions partner network remotely across Canada. This full-time position offers a ground-floor opportunity to architect an integrated partner program and build the operational framework for enterprise market expansion.

Role Overview

As GSI Partnership Lead, you'll own the creation and execution of a partner ecosystem strategy designed to extend market reach and fuel revenue growth. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on operations—designing the partner program structure, establishing governance models, and cultivating relationships with technology partners, consulting firms, and systems integrators. This is a high-leverage role where your work directly shapes how enterprise customers adopt solutions through trusted partner channels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and launch a partner program architecture, including recruitment criteria, certification pathways, and success metrics
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic systems integrators and consulting partners to expand addressable market
  • Develop commercial frameworks, margin structures, and deal terms that align partner incentives with company objectives
  • Build repeatable processes for partner enablement, including training, marketing support, and sales collaboration
  • Lead partner negotiations, contract discussions, and relationship management for high-value partnerships
  • Work alongside sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to execute joint go-to-market campaigns and partner-led deals
  • Establish key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to track partner productivity and program health
  • Create long-term business value by building trust-based relationships that drive recurring revenue and customer adoption

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building or scaling channel and partner programs in enterprise or B2B software environments
  • Track record of recruiting, negotiating with, and managing technology partners or resellers
  • Strong business acumen with experience designing pricing models, terms, and commercial structures
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and comfort working in early-stage or foundational roles
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities
