What This Role Involves

As Sales Lead at Bohme, you'll own responsibility for growing revenue, managing team performance, and executing the sales strategy that supports the company's growth. You'll combine individual sales contribution with team leadership—closing deals while coaching your team members toward their goals. This is both a hands-on and strategic position where you drive results and develop talent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve their targets
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow revenue and market presence
• Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Set and monitor sales goals and metrics for your team, analyzing performance and adjusting strategy as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and successful client onboarding
• Participate in industry activities and events to build networks and stay current with market trends

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience leading and developing a sales team, or demonstrated readiness to do so
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport
• Organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting sales data and adjusting tactics based on results
• Genuine interest in building and growing a team at Bohme in the Lehi area
