Pinnbank is recruiting a full-time Loan Processor I to join our operations team in Papillion Northshore. You'll manage the critical systems and documentation that power our lending business, serving branches and customers across our network with precision and professionalism.

About the Role

As a Loan Processor I at Pinnbank, you're central to our loan administration engine. You'll handle the complete lifecycle of loan transactions—from initial booking through payoff—within our ITI core accounting system. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a methodical approach to complex documentation, and a commitment to turning customer loan requests into flawless transactions. Your work directly enables our branches to serve customers quickly and reliably.

Responsibilities

  • Input and record loans into the ITI system accurately and completely according to bank procedures
  • Review loan files to verify documentation is complete, correct, and meets compliance standards
  • Process loan renewals, extensions, and modifications through established workflows
  • Manage loan funding, disbursement, and payoff cycles with precision
  • Build transaction entries and journal blocks required for loan originations and adjustments
  • Monitor exception reports for assigned branches to catch and resolve irregularities
  • Prepare monthly reports and account summaries for branch billing
  • Maintain current, accurate billing records across all assigned branch accounts
  • Help branch staff diagnose and correct processing errors
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and engagement in your role

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with prior banking experience or equivalent professional work history
  • Solid understanding of banking operations, lending principles, and organizational policies
  • Competence with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • ITI system experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, customers, and coworkers
  • Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
