- Handle client communication, intake forms, and appointment scheduling
- Track deadlines, court dates, statute of limitations, and filing requirements
- Prepare billing records, time entries, and administrative reports
- Support discovery processes, document review, and compliance tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, legal secretary, or legal administrative professional
- Proficiency with legal document formatting and court filing standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
