Multimedia Virtual Assistant

About This Position

We're looking for a talented multimedia professional to serve as a virtual assistant for our clients, handling the creation, editing, and management of digital content across multiple formats. In this role, you'll work remotely, combining technical skills with creative direction to deliver polished audio, video, graphic, and web-based materials. You'll be the go-to resource for clients seeking cohesive multimedia support, from concept through execution and beyond. This full-time opportunity offers flexibility, variety, and real impact on client-facing projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content, including scripting, recording, color correction, and final export for web and social platforms
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and visual assets using industry-standard software
• Manage audio production, including recording, mixing, and sound design for podcasts or multimedia projects
• Organize, archive, and manage digital media libraries and project files
• Coordinate with clients to understand project briefs and deliver outputs that meet their vision and brand standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to new tools and platforms as needed
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency with multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience producing or editing video content for digital media
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles and visual communication
• Comfortable with remote work and managing your own schedule independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from diverse clients
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating multimedia work across at least two formats
