About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in our Logistics Operations team, you'll take ownership of operational metrics, process optimization, and data-driven insights that keep our networks moving. Your analysis will directly influence how we manage capacity, cost, and performance across routes, warehouses, and delivery fleets. Working from our Miraflores office, you'll collaborate across teams to identify bottlenecks, model improvements, and implement solutions that scale across Delivery Hero's regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational performance indicators
• Model scenarios and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to implement process enhancements
• Monitor network performance and flag emerging issues for rapid resolution
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across delivery zones

What You Bring

• Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain analysis, or related operations roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data tools and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with logistics metrics, KPIs, and operational planning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across departments
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Fluency in Spanish and English
