Position Summary

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced ECU Mechanics Project Leader to take charge of ADAS component development projects. In this full-time role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept through production deployment, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and compliance with automotive industry standards. This position is ideal for a technically seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and is passionate about advancing autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle technologies.

What You'll Do

• Direct project execution and delivery of ECU-based ADAS systems and components, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams spanning mechanics, electronics, software, and testing disciplines
• Define technical specifications, validate designs, and oversee development against ISO and functional safety standards
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with internal departments and external partners
• Identify risks, drive problem resolution, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support prototype testing, validation, and the transition to manufacturing

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automotive-related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in automotive electronics, ECU development, or ADAS technologies
• Proven project leadership and team management experience in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of automotive electronics, control systems, and embedded systems architecture
• Familiarity with functional safety standards, ISO 26262, and automotive quality processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools and automotive development methodologies
