Project Manager (Including – Scrum Master)

Bosch Group seeks a Project Manager and Scrum Master for our Bengaluru office. In this full-time role, you will lead cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles, combining classical project management discipline with agile methodologies to deliver results on schedule and within scope.

What This Role Involves

You'll oversee project execution from initiation through closure, orchestrating efforts across multiple workstreams whilst maintaining alignment with business objectives. As a Scrum Master, you'll facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster collaboration. As a Project Manager, you'll own timelines, budgets, and resources—ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard methodologies and tools
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives in your Scrum Master capacity
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive contingency planning
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, clients, and leadership
• Allocate resources effectively and manage team capacity to optimise delivery and performance
• Coach and mentor team members on agile practices, driving continuous improvement and skill development

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks
• Proven track record leading and motivating cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
• Professional certification (PMP, CSM, or similar) is preferred
