Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician or Trainee License (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills
• Proficiency working across multiple software systems simultaneously
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload)
• Dedicated home office space with dual monitor capability
• Own headset

We especially value candidates with six months or more of remote call center experience, national CPhT certification, prior pharmacy or member services background, and knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations.
