Project Manager

Integra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee journal and book publishing projects in our Puducherry office. You'll manage complex publishing initiatives from conception through delivery, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced publishing environment.

This full-time Project Manager position focuses on end-to-end leadership of journal and book publishing projects. You'll own the entire project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation through execution and successful delivery—ensuring projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timeline commitments. This on-site role in Puducherry is ideal for a professional with proven publishing project management expertise ready to take ownership of complex publishing operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee journal and book publishing projects from concept to final delivery
• Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with editorial, production, design, and distribution teams to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor project milestones and adjust plans to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations throughout all phases
• Quality-assure deliverables and enforce publishing standards
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and obstacles proactively
