About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital insurance organization based in München. Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People & Culture team and drive strategic recruitment initiatives while managing end-to-end hiring processes.

This is a hands-on role that combines operational recruiting excellence with strategic talent acquisition planning. You'll work closely with business leaders to build talent pipelines, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from needs analysis and role definition through interviews to successful placement
• Oversee multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality standards, process efficiency, and candidate experience
• Leverage all available recruiting and lead generation channels, including active sourcing across social networks and professional platforms
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for key target groups and future hiring needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an engaging, informative, and respectful candidate journey
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor on role requirements, selection processes, and recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to develop department-specific hiring strategies
• Analyze recruiting KPIs to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
• Continuously enhance recruiting processes, standards, and tools to ensure scalability and alignment with employer branding
• Bring forward innovative ideas to make recruitment more efficient and effective

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a comparable function
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and active sourcing methodologies
• Strong track record working with diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Deep understanding of business needs and how talent acquisition supports strategic objectives
• Proficiency in social networks and direct approach techniques for attracting specialists and leadership talent
• Solid grasp of relevant recruiting KPIs and the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills in both German and English, written and verbal
• Solution-oriented, responsible working style with comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and candidate quality
