GTM Enablement Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing Series A SaaS company in Berlin that is building analytics tools for modern search and AI-driven discovery. This is a 3-month GTM Enablement Internship where you will support sales, customer success, and marketing teams with high-quality content, competitive research, and enablement materials that reach real customers from day one.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the GTM Enablement Manager. You will refine sales decks, build case studies, track competitors, and help the team move faster with AI-powered workflows—while maintaining a high bar for quality and design.

Responsibilities

• Update and refine sales presentations, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual quality
• Support the case study program by preparing customer interviews, drafting success stories, and turning results into polished content
• Track competitor activity including product launches, pricing changes, and messaging updates, and provide clear summaries for internal teams
• Build and test workflows and automations that improve GTM team efficiency
• Learn the product and translate new features into customer-facing enablement materials
• Take on ad hoc projects across growth, sales, and customer experience as priorities evolve

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field
• Strong eye for design and detail: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are inconsistent and you care about getting it right
• Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar design and presentation tools
• Curious about AI and able to evaluate when AI-generated content meets quality standards
• Quick learner who can understand a technical product and explain it clearly
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Excellent written English

Bonus: Previous startup or tech internship experience, a portfolio or side project that demonstrates your taste, exposure to SEO or marketing tech, experience building automations using tools like HubSpot or Clay, fluent German.
