(Junior) Integration Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology organization seeking an Integration Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and operations, driving the successful implementation of digital products across multiple markets and partner organizations.

As Integration Manager, you will lead technical integration projects, coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth product adoption. You'll be responsible for reducing implementation complexity, driving structured communication, and building strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and skilled at breaking down complex technical challenges into manageable, actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead international integration projects end-to-end, coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure structured onboarding processes
• Support customers beyond initial integration by analyzing user behavior, establishing feedback loops, and helping them realize product value
• Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines, ensuring efficient information flow between tech and business teams
• Identify and address gaps in current integration processes through documentation, tooling, and automation improvements
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with external partners
• Report on integration progress, outcomes, and key learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in integration, implementation, technical project management, or customer success management in B2B environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
• Fundamental understanding of technical concepts including APIs, system architecture, and digital platform products
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel within the EU (approximately 10% of time)
• Current permission to work in Germany
