Graduate Ecommerce Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital commerce organization seeking a Graduate Ecommerce Executive to join their operations team in Manchester. This hands-on role sits at the heart of their ecommerce delivery, supporting day-to-day execution across a portfolio of global brand accounts.

You will take ownership of:

• Monitoring and analyzing DTC ecommerce performance including traffic, conversion funnels, revenue, and average order value
• Building and maintaining regular performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights
• Conducting on-site analysis to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate
• Supporting A/B testing initiatives and documenting findings
• Executing on-site changes across ecommerce platforms including product uploads, content edits, promotional mechanics, and navigation updates
• Managing asset optimizations such as updating banner messaging, imagery, and promotional content
• Maintaining site accuracy and consistency across all product, category, and landing pages
• Following QA processes to ensure all changes are tested and signed off before going live
• Supporting the delivery of campaign and site takeover activity in line with the trading calendar
• Building, testing, and scheduling email campaigns within CRM platforms in line with the marketing calendar
• Ensuring all emails are accurately built, QA'd across devices and clients, and correctly segmented prior to deployment
• Supporting list management, audience segmentation, and CRM performance reporting
• Acting as first-line management for client tickets related to ecommerce operations
• Triaging, responding to, and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs
• Maintaining clear records of ticket activity and resolutions

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a graduate or early-career professional with:

• A can-do attitude with the excitement to learn within a fast-paced, managed services environment
• Comfort working across both trading (site performance, promotions, conversion) and marketing (paid and organic channels)
• Data literacy and analytical confidence - experience with GA4 required
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and CRM tools is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience managing client or stakeholder relationships
• Natural problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Commercial acumen and an understanding of ecommerce performance metrics
