Project Manager & Functional Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in the enterprise automation space. Our client is expanding their presence across Germany and seeks a Project Manager & Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of their AI-powered process automation platform. This is a remote or hybrid role based in Germany, with occasional travel to the headquarters for team collaboration.

In this position, you will work directly with enterprise customers to transform their finance and operations workflows, driving measurable productivity improvements through intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Design scalable, tailored automation solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing enterprise systems
• Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, anticipating their needs and maximizing the value they receive from the platform
• Partner with sales teams to develop implementation plans aligned with customer requirements and drive product adoption
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvement recommendations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Present solutions and progress updates to stakeholders and native-speaking clients with confidence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Excellent project management capabilities with proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, with the skill to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and autonomy
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing ambiguity
• Customer-first mentality focused on business outcomes and user value
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and incorporate feedback

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash process flows
