Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team remotely in Germany.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
• Focus primarily on telephone-based customer support while reliably processing incoming email requests
• Work within a dedicated team to manage and route customer issues effectively
• Collaborate closely with various operational teams to resolve customer matters in a structured manner
• Participate in ongoing training sessions covering products, processes, and internal workflows to continuously develop your skills

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) in both written and spoken communication
• Strong communication abilities with an empathetic, solution-oriented personality and exceptional team spirit
• Previous experience in customer service or similar areas, or the ambition to transition into this field as a career changer
• A positive, open demeanor with a strong commitment to reliable and service-oriented customer care
• Genuine interest in supporting customers and resolving their concerns effectively
