Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmacy software organization seeking an Application Consultant who combines pharmacy expertise with a talent for teaching and technology.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct online training sessions for pharmacy teams and owners, covering everything from initial setup to advanced features
• Guide new customers through onboarding and serve as their primary contact for application questions
• Develop and refine training materials, guides, and instructional content to ensure knowledge retention
• Create content and documentation used to train AI assistants, ensuring customers receive competent support around the clock
• Represent our client at trade shows and industry events, presenting solutions and demonstrating capabilities to engaged audiences
• Provide practical feedback from the field to the product team, helping improve the software continuously

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed training as PKA or PTA, or equivalent experience in the pharmacy environment
• Understanding of daily pharmacy operations, from customer service to back-office processes
• Comfort with software—you enjoy exploring new programs, testing features, and streamlining workflows
• Enthusiasm for innovation and a desire to actively shape the transformation of the pharmacy industry
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and how it changes our work (prior AI knowledge is not required; openness and eagerness to learn matter most)
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex topics clearly so others understand and can apply them immediately
• Confident, friendly presentation abilities, whether on video calls with pharmacy teams or at exhibition stands
• Excellent organizational skills: you manage training schedules, customer inquiries, and event preparations independently from a home office
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
