Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization in their search for a Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions based in London. This is a quota-carrying sales role offering significant career development opportunities for motivated professionals with a strong technical background.

In this position, you will work directly with senior management at global enterprise customers to develop and sell high-value AI use cases and application roadmaps. You will play a critical role in helping organizations achieve their digital transformation objectives by identifying and structuring strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with large enterprise customers to structure and implement digital transformation strategies that result in sales
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to achieve transformation goals and expand client footprint
• Develop, maintain, and manage strategic customer engagement plans
• Research and identify customer prospects and targets
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop new offerings
• Drive business development with company alliance partners
• Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time or more depending on business needs

What We're Looking For

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Prior sales experience in SaaS/product companies and/or management consulting experience
• Strong professional network that can be leveraged for accelerated access into large enterprise buyers
• Understanding of AI and machine learning highly favorable
• Experience with generative AI tools
• Work experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, or energy is a plus
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to understand complex issues at the intersection of business and technology and communicate that complexity with simplicity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, highly collaborative environment
