Account Executive, Northern Europe – Mid Enterprise

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an Account Executive, Northern Europe - Mid Enterprise based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth within the mid-enterprise segment across Northern European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-enterprise accounts across Northern Europe
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within your territory
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with prospective clients
• Develop account strategies that align client business objectives with platform capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams including solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless client experiences
• Forecast accurately and maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Travel up to 10% for client meetings, team gatherings, and industry events as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record selling SaaS solutions to mid-enterprise accounts
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Understanding of the Northern European business landscape and cultural nuances
• Willingness to travel occasionally within territory
