People Business Partner, EMEA & APAC (Hybrid London)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization experiencing significant growth across international markets. We're seeking a People Business Partner to lead regional people strategy for EMEA and APAC operations. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring office presence two days per week, with occasional regional travel.

You'll serve as a strategic partner to leadership across multiple geographies, building people processes from the ground up while supporting the company's global expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape employee experience across diverse markets and contribute to a rapidly scaling technology business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach leaders at all levels on people processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organizational design
• Advise leaders on managing complex employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, and grievances
• Provide expertise on local labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC regions
• Support global expansion through entity creation and PEO arrangements within EMEA and APAC
• Develop and implement foundational people policies, processes, and programs for regional operations
• Collaborate with global People Business Partners to ensure cohesive people strategy
• Leverage data and analytics to influence business strategy and inform decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in SaaS
• Deep knowledge of labor law in EMEA and APAC with experience in global expansion and entity creation
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments and operating in matrixed organizations across multiple geographies including UK, Germany, Poland, and Singapore
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
• Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity while balancing multiple competing priorities
• Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
