About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential e-commerce client based in Rostock, Germany. Our talent team is searching for a Paid Ads Manager to drive their digital marketing performance across multiple platforms. This role offers creative freedom, direct impact, and flexible working arrangements after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing initiatives across paid channels
- Develop, manage, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, and Amazon
- Conduct performance analysis and derive actionable insights from campaign data
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Create engaging content for campaigns and social media channels
- Contribute to brand development in close collaboration with the internal team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or paid advertising
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, and Amazon advertising platforms
- Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, target audiences, and effective communication
- Creative mindset with initiative and drive to move projects forward
- Structured work approach with ability to focus on priorities
- German language proficiency required for this role
Work Arrangement
This position is based in Rostock with 20-40 hours per week available. Remote work is possible after the initial onboarding period. The role offers a creative work environment with short communication channels and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
