Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential beauty and skincare organization with multiple locations in Munich. As a skilled esthetician, you will:

• Provide expert consultation and product recommendations to clients
• Perform professional facial treatments, face workouts, lash lifting, brow styling, and makeup application
• Operate advanced equipment including microdermabrasion, micro needling, LED light therapy, ultrasound, oxygen treatments, and hydra treatments
• Support product assortment planning and merchandise presentation
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed training or certification as a licensed esthetician (Kosmetiker:in)
• Prior experience in facial treatments, device-assisted cosmetic procedures, or sales consultation preferred
• Strong interest in skincare products, treatment techniques, and active ingredients
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point-of-sale systems
• Genuine enjoyment working with clients and a friendly, professional demeanor
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• German language proficiency required for client interaction

This position is available as full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (32–36 hours per week) in Munich.
