Growth Product Manager – Italy (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing greentech organization backed by top-tier investors. They serve thousands of business customers across Europe with an AI-powered platform for renewable energy installers. Our talent team is seeking a Growth Product Manager fluent in Italian to drive expansion and optimize product-market fit in the Italian market.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin. C2 Italian proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for the Italian market, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities
• Conduct continuous user research through installer calls, site visits, product demos, and support ticket analysis
• Drive key growth metrics including activation, adoption, and retention for Italian customers
• Ship features that address local compliance requirements and market-specific installer workflows
• Transform market-specific solutions into scalable platform features for broader use
• Establish and maintain high UX/UI standards, reviewing flows before launch and pushing back on poor usability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
• Travel to Italy approximately quarterly for on-site customer meetings

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment
• Demonstrated track record of improving product metrics with clear outcomes you can articulate
• Strong research skills combining qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product decisions
• Excellent product intuition with the ability to identify weak user flows and articulate specific improvements
• Willingness to travel to Italy roughly once per quarter
• Excellent English and Italian language skills (C2 Italian required)
• German language skills are a bonus
