First Hire GTM – New Products (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing, venture-backed organization in the renewable energy technology space. They're building AI-powered solutions that help installers streamline their operations, and they need someone to own go-to-market for brand new product lines.

This is a first-hire role where you'll work directly with end users to identify pain points, validate concepts, and launch new offerings from zero to revenue. You'll collaborate closely with their venture development team and have full commercial ownership of what you build. This position requires C2-level German proficiency and is based full-time on-site in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market for new products and services: identify target segments, design pricing models (commission, fixed, bundled), determine positioning, and execute launch strategies
• Conduct daily customer immersion with installers to uncover process bottlenecks, pressure-test product hypotheses, and discover untapped revenue opportunities
• Take commercial responsibility for new ventures: establish which business models work, evaluate channel viability, and decide whether to scale or pivot
• Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating sales, marketing, engineering, and external partners around your initiatives
• Test and iterate rapidly in market rather than building theoretical frameworks—your validation comes from real customer conversations and pilot results

What We're Looking For

• Native or C2-level German and fluent English
• Demonstrated experience bringing something to market: a side project, campaign, product during an internship, or similar initiative (outcome matters less than initiative)
• Strong ownership mentality with impatience for slow progress
• Preference for customer conversations over desk research
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments where you define your own path
• Top-tier university background with clear entrepreneurial instincts
• Prior experience in sales, growth, or product development is a plus but not required
