About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European SaaS client in the beauty and wellness technology sector. Our client provides comprehensive digital solutions that help salon owners manage appointments, payments, and business analytics through intelligent software platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field sales professional to join a dynamic, international team that's transforming an entire industry. You'll be based in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main area, working autonomously to bring innovative technology solutions to local businesses.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute your weekly sales activities independently to maximize territory coverage and results
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase how the software simplifies daily operations and drives business success
• Acquire new customers through cold calling, on-site visits, and walk-in prospecting
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the broader sales team
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM systems
• Travel regularly throughout the Rhein-Main region to meet with prospective clients

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales and new customer acquisition
• Genuine enthusiasm for sales and connecting with people
• Strong autonomous working style with excellent planning and goal-setting abilities
• Technical aptitude and solid experience working with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your territory
• Near-native German language skills and good English proficiency
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify smart approaches for market penetration
