Growth Product Manager – UK (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential greentech organization that is scaling rapidly across European markets. In this role, you will:

• Own product strategy and execution for the UK market, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities
• Maintain constant contact with end users through calls, site visits, demos, and support ticket analysis to deeply understand their needs
• Drive key metrics including activation, adoption, and retention for the UK installer base
• Ship features that align with UK-specific compliance requirements and local workflows
• Transform market-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities that benefit all regions
• Set and maintain high UX/UI standards by reviewing flows before release and pushing back on technically correct but poorly designed experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment
• Demonstrated track record of improving product metrics with clear examples of how you achieved results
• Strong research skills combining qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product decisions
• Excellent product intuition with the ability to identify weak user flows and articulate specific improvements
• Willingness to travel to the UK approximately once per quarter for on-site customer visits
• C2-level English proficiency required; German is a bonus
• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin (5 days per week)
