Projektmanager Influencer Marketing (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential influencer marketing agency based in Frankfurt am Main. Our client works with over 80 brands and maintains a network of thousands of creators across Germany. They are seeking a Project Manager to independently own client accounts and deliver measurable influencer marketing campaigns from planning through reporting.

This is a hybrid role based in Frankfurt with flexible remote days. You will manage your own client portfolio while supporting senior team members on larger key account projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned client accounts independently from start to finish
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic and operational guidance
• Plan, execute, and deliver influencer and creator marketing campaigns
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and agreed deliverables are met consistently
• Take ownership of project quality and results
• Coordinate project team members and creative specialists
• Delegate tasks, monitor implementation, and follow up on open items
• Identify risks and challenges early, developing solutions with team leads
• Support team leads operationally on large key account projects
• Maintain project management, budget, and reporting systems accurately
• Prepare campaign reports, learnings, and actionable recommendations for clients

What We're Looking For

• Prior professional experience in project management, account management, influencer marketing, or social media (preferred)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while tracking timings, budgets, and responsibilities
• Professional, reliable, and confident communication skills with clients, creators, and internal teams
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on tasks until completion
• Solid understanding of social media, creator content, and current platform trends
• Ability to interpret campaign results and present findings clearly to clients
• Proficiency with digital project management and reporting tools
• Excellent German and good English language skills
