About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing cybersecurity organization in their search for an Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead based in Cologne. This is a newly created role focused on building and leading the first Enterprise-focused Customer Success team for the DACH region. You'll report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in driving retention, expansion, and strategic account management across a portfolio of high-value clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers, driving performance against gross retention, net revenue retention, and expansion targets
- Build and own enterprise account strategies including risk management, expansion planning, and executive sponsorship programs
- Coach your team on navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and negotiation strategies for high-ARR contracts
- Personally engage with C-level and senior stakeholders on strategic accounts to build executive relationships and resolve escalations
- Translate company vision and strategy into actionable account-level execution plans for your team
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive enterprise and regional go-to-market alignment
- Identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and process improvements to scale enterprise-grade delivery
- Analyze account health data and portfolio trends to shape targeted strategies and risk mitigation plans
- Represent the voice of enterprise customers internally, ensuring strategic insights inform product and process decisions
- Cultivate advocacy at the executive level through references, case studies, and speaking opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Customer Success experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, with significant time managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- 3+ years leading Enterprise Customer Success teams, ideally with complex or multi-stakeholder account portfolios
- Proven ability to build relationships with and influence C-level stakeholders, both externally and internally
- Strong commercial acumen with experience quantifying ROI and value for large accounts
- Demonstrated track record of retention and expansion within complex, multi-threaded accounts
- Naturally curious with skills to uncover stakeholder goals, organizational politics, and buying dynamics
- Resilience and solution-oriented mindset when navigating escalations, ambiguity, and high-stakes conversations
- Confident communicator and presenter capable of engaging senior stakeholders
- Empathetic and people-oriented with ability to build trust and motivate teams
- Comfortable with approximately 30% travel for customer meetings and industry events
- Fluent in English and German
- Based in Cologne or Berlin with reasonable commute to office
