We are representing a confidential advertising technology client in Hamburg that is seeking a Digital Media Consultant to join their growing team. Our client operates at the intersection of media, creative, and technology, delivering personalized advertising solutions for leading brands across digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated ad delivery platforms while managing strategic client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational account management for client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining seamless communication between clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and revenue potential
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand client success
• Design customized digital media strategies based on client briefs that align with campaign objectives and business goals
• Utilize media planning tools to create precise and effective media plans for campaign execution
• Select optimal media channels and advertising formats across key digital media categories
• Analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable, client-focused recommendations for optimization
• Maintain structured project management to deliver consistent results and meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and client management with cross-media expertise
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools such as advision and mds
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a confident, authentic presence
• Highly organized work style with strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English language skills
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with ability to translate insights into strategy
• Proactive mindset with commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaborative teamwork
• Experience developing tailored solutions that address specific client needs and objectives
