Senior Network Consultant (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IT services organization based in Bonn, Germany, seeking a Senior Network Consultant to join their technical team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse network infrastructure projects, from initial analysis through implementation and ongoing support. You'll collaborate with clients across various industries, designing and deploying enterprise-grade networking solutions while working in a flexible environment that supports on-site, client location, and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing network environments and document client requirements, presenting tailored solutions to stakeholders
• Plan and execute complex network infrastructure projects from design through go-live
• Provide ongoing network operations support for contract clients
• Maintain and continuously improve implemented network solutions
• Support sales activities during the pre-sales phase with technical expertise
• Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical experts and management-level audiences
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service continuity

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in network consulting, implementation, and support
• Valid manufacturer certification from Aruba or Cisco (preferred)
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities with quick comprehension
• Excellent situational judgment for developing appropriate technical solutions
• Confident presentation skills for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership
• Ability to work independently and flexibly across office, client sites, and home office environments
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties
• Valid Class B driver's license
• German language proficiency required for client interaction
