IT Service & Project Manager (m/w/d) Bonn

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking an IT Service & Project Manager for their Bonn location. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, bridging service management, project coordination, and customer relations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing assigned client accounts independently, serving as their first point of contact for operational service and project matters
• Planning and facilitating regular service review and coordination meetings, preparing decisions, and systematically tracking agreed-upon actions
• Coordinating customer projects from requirements gathering through operational handover, ensuring clear objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and current documentation
• Collaborating closely with technical consultants, value management, sales teams, and peer service managers to translate customer requirements into appropriate service delivery
• Supporting the introduction of new or modified IT services by coordinating required testing, alignment activities, and training sessions
• Contributing to presales activities by capturing and structuring requirements and preparing technical service descriptions and decision frameworks

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with the following qualifications:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent IT vocational training
• Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in IT environments, project management, or service management
• Strong customer-facing skills with a professional, solution-oriented, and reliable communication style
• Ability to structure multiple concurrent topics, set priorities, and reliably track commitments
• Solid technical foundation enabling you to translate requirements effectively between customers, technical teams, and sales
• Independent work style with strong sense of ownership and timely stakeholder engagement
• Experience with classical and agile project management methodologies
• Fluent German written and spoken; conversational English proficiency
